  • Some products may contain allergens (milk, nuts, gluten, etc.). Customers are responsible for checking ingredients before placing an order.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways (Razorpay). We do not store your card or payment details.
  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Delivery

  • We strive to deliver cakes and gifts on the requested date and time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

5. Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • Since our products are perishable, refunds are applicable only in specific cases (wrong or damaged product).

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • Once delivered, we are not responsible for storage conditions or handling of cakes and gifts.
